What to Expect at the Resort
Resort Amenities:
Resort pools and exercise facilities will be open with limitations per state and local regulations.

Accommodation Safety:
This plan presents what we will do to keep our guests, employees, and our community safe. Each operating department has its own customized set of procedures, even more detailed than the summary presented here. It relies on the best available sanitization methods to ensure everyone enjoys a safe and memorable stay here at the resort. We will continue to refine and update our plan as we see adjustments from expert advice. Our procedures are extensive and for good cause will continue for safety of all.

Physical Distancing:
Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by maintaining six feet of separation from other groups of guests not traveling with them. This includes checking in, using elevators, or casually moving about the resort. Employees will be reminded to practice these same measures when dealing with guests and other employees whenever possible.

Resort Staff & Guest Safety Measures:

  • Sanitation of the clubhouses, common areas and touch spots are done three times daily.
  • Pool furniture in gatherings six feet apart from one another.
  • Housekeeping is sanitizing all hard surfaces in units during their cleanings.
  • Each check-in station and concierge desk have plexi shields all agents are masked.
  • We are asking that one family member check-in for entire party.
  • Resources provided by check-in area will be marked "clean" or "dirty".
  • Hand sanitizer is also available for customer use at check-in desk.
  • Signage is available as well as tape separating each guest at least six feet apart throughout the property. This also includes all poolside events. There are currently no food lines at such events. Our Guest Relations Manager will call your family when it is time to pick up your food.
  • All maintenance and property management staff sanitize their hands before entering all units and clean appropriate areas once done with room or common area.

These above-mentioned items are a summary of some actions the resort and guest will see happening to ensure all measures are taken here on property. More detailed items are implemented and staff will be working diligently to ensure that we are taking every measure available to provide safe vacations and working environments.

Thank you to all guests for abiding by these safety precautions.
