From verifying unit information to providing directions, to checking you in and then effectively following-up during your stay, this group is here to ensure you are very satisfied with your vacation experience. General Management
Our excellent General Management staff is focused on training, leadership and ensuring that ERG continues to provide our owners and guests with World Class service and support. As a team they combine their education and vast experience in financial accounting, business administration, and legal issues, to ensure ERG’s policies, procedures and practices are of the highest and most effective standards. Their vision focuses on past issues and successes to pave the way for the strength needed to successfully move into the future.
Reservations
As a key ingredient to your vacation experience at any of our resorts, our reservations team is available to answer any questions you may have with regard to your inbound or internal or external exchange through RCI, II, or various other sources.
